ABSTRACT:
The Online Training in Fisheries and Aquaculture Program OTFAP was designed to provide a flexible framework within which students tailor a degree program to their particular research interests and career goals. Our objective was to lay the foundation for future OTFAP by purchasing the essential equipment and supplies and to advertise while making the appropriate engagement with Pacific Islands indigenous people in order to start up the program as soon as we could, and be ready, at least in part, for the next spring semester.
